Just received a letter from South West Water which contained a bill for, with for it… £1673.97, I have repeatedly told them that the water rates are supposed to be included with the rent and to contact my landlord, but they insist on trying to bill me, and they want me to pay the above amount by 1st April 2004, who are they kidding? where I am supposed to get hold of that sort of money, maybe I should turn to a life of crime and blame South West Water if I get caught, pleading I only turned to crime to pay my water bill.
