It’s Monday morning and it’s been three days since the last update! a lot has happened over the weekend. After giving it a lot of thought and with a lot of support from various people that appreciate the work I do, I have reopened the Phoenix Live website! Also two more people have joined the Phoenix Live team as reviewers, seems like things are going from strength to strength for Phoenix Live at the moment. On Sunday, I attended a charity gig at the Phoenix and voluntarily paid to get into the gig, and gave around £20 to charity, it’s a damn good cause, the meningitis trust, which was brought home recently when a friend of mine, little boy died from meningitis. Apart from being for a good cause it was also a great days entertainment, along with me getting pretty wasted, and for the first time ever I won, two prizes in raffles, a Matrix Reloaded mouse mat, and a bottle of Sourz. Also, my good friends from S.L.O.T. had their worse performance ever, but some of things they did on (and off) stage were insane, and all this happened while I was having a day off photo taking, typical isn’t it?
It wasn’t a good weekend for sport, with Argyle losing 4 – 1 away at Oldham (oh, the shame). The loss wasn’t as devastating to the Pilgrims title hopes as it could have been, as Bristol lost 3 – 2 away at Luton, and QPR could only manage a 1 – 1 at home against Stockport. But the gap at the top is getting tighter with only 9 points covering the top four teams, Plymouth need to pull their socks up if they want to take the division 2 title.
Its now looking like Colin Lee could be left out in the cold after his sacking from Walsall for talking to Plymouth Argyle about the vacant managers position. Its now looking likely that Bobby Williamson will get the Argyle job, Williamson was recommended by Paul Sturrock before he left for Southampton.
