Fuckin’ Arseholes

Last night at the Phoenix was going swimmingly well, great music, great atmosphere, until two drunkards came in with the sole intention of starting trouble. We let them go for a bit, hoping that they would get bored and go home, but that didn’t happen unfortunately. Phil stepped in when they became a real nuisance, falling onto the stage, and generally messing around with the equipment on the stage, and asked them to leave. But instead of leaving they started to become violent, and Phil got a head butt for his trouble. Eventually they were bundled outside with the help of local band, Remember The Alamo, and the police was called. I really don’t understand the mentality of these people, why would anyone want to go out and get (in the words of S.L.O.T). fuckin’ shitfaced, then start trouble, there must be something mentally wrong with these people. I say put them on a barge and float them out to sea and let the Royal Navy use them as target practice, with live ammo of course!

In other news, Formula One, seems like normal service has been resumed, Michael Schumacher cruised to another pole position (ZZZzzz) Jenson Buttons team-mate managed to snatch second spot on the grid, so the BAR does have the pace this weekend, Jenson himself could only managed 5th spot on the grid, Jarno Trulli backed up his win last week with a solid third qualifying position, and Kimi Raikonnen managed to pull it out of the bag and put his McLaren on the second row alongside Trulli. David Couthard is probably the unhappiest driver on the grid after he didn’t even make it to qualifying because of an engine failure in the earlier pre-qualifying, so it’s a bitter/sweet day for McLaren.

In football, Bobby Williamson has been busy bringing half of Scotland down to Plymouth Argyle in a bid to strengthen his team for the upcoming division 1 campaign. The Pilgrims have already signed Livingston midfielder Lee Makel and Dundee forward Steven Milne, and are looking to sign Motherwell midfielder Keith Lasley. My main concern now is what will happen to the players that helped Argyle get into the 1st division in the first place, I really don’t think its fair to discard them.
