Shortest working week in history!

Today I went to work after having the weekend off, and I now have tomorrow off, seems a little pointless working one day, then a day off, then work another four days, which means that I have to work Saturday now, I’d rather not work Saturday’s, but I need the money to feed my gadget buying fetish (hmm, gadgets), so I will have to work it!

In Formula One, I am happy to see Rubens Barrichello finally put Michael Schumacher in the shade, by winning the Chinese GP, although I would have been happier if Jenson Button, who finished 2nd or Kimi Raikkonen, who finished 3rd won the race, with the preference being the former. BAR are looking like they will take the runners up prize in the Constructors Championship as they extended their lead over Renault with Jenson in 2nd and Takuma Sato in 6th place. But the big event of the race was Michael Schumacher, who spun twice, had a puncture, and lunged at Christian Klien, taking the Jaguar out of the race. It looks like Schumacher will get away scot-free again, it was blatantly his fault, another other driver would have been penalised, but its nice to see that Schumacher had some bad luck for a change, finishing outside of the points for only the second time this season!

Football, Argyle’s recent run of poor results continue, with a 3 – 2 defeat away at Ipswich, what is really annoying is that Plymouth were 2 – 0 up with only 15 minutes played. Ipswich pulled one back on the 26th minute, and it remained that way until the 82nd minute, when Shefki Kuqi fired a shot past the Plymouth keeper to pull level and stole the winner in the 85th minute, disappointing all the travelling Pilgrims, it was a game that Argyle should have won, but seem to be sitting back on their laurels when they get a lead, like a certain national team that I don’t want to talk about!
