As I have been feeling quite physically unsettled recently I have decided to cut down the beer and fizzy drinks for a while. I’ve been drinking way too much alcohol of late, and my fizzy drink consumption was approaching up to six litres per day, which is excessive to say the least, not to mention hitting the wallet pretty hard! So I have been drinking tea and water for the most part over the weekend, and I feel much better for it as well, my stomach feels much less unsettled, rather than the usual queasy feeling that I normally have. I am also cutting down on eating so much junk food like pasties, chips and kebabs, started eating sandwiches and rolls instead. Seems that my body can’t take the pace after more than 10 years of abuse, it’s starting to fight back and I am losing the battle at the moment. It also looks like my multi night birthday bash has taken some serious blows as I won’t have any money to spend until I get paid on the 28th, the day after my birthday. I just got clobbered by a £131 BT bill; I really need to get that changed to monthly billing, as every time this happens I end up being seriously short for the rest of the month, which is the case this month. About £45 per month is a lot more manageable than £130+ every three months!
